a mixed bag, i suppose

cold air

the room i got had a serious issue. the air conditioning blew cold air the entire time i stayed there. despite changing rooms, it still blew cold air.. it was 8 degrees outside. i talked about it with the staff multiple times, but nothing changed. i got sick . horrible, really.

the location was very convenient with a tram stop just opposite. this made getting to the city center easy (it took only a short ride!). the room had a mini kitchen. a closet for hanging clothes. i appreciated the clean toilets and huge mirrors.

the air conditioning blew out cold air . i talked with the staff several times but the issue was not resolved. it was quite inconvenient since the weather was cold outside, and this affected my health.

the receptionist was polite and efficient at check-in. they allocated a room with a large wet room (which was great!). the staff were helpful with requests and provided basic kitchen equipment.
